Update for Windows Live Writer DZone PlugIn on CodePlex

I made some revisions to my DZone plugin for Windows Live Writer and put the source code and the DLL up on CodePlex. The new version is v1.0.0.5. There were a few minor tweaks to the code, but the most notable changes are that I added a preview of the DZone tag to the options dialog. Now when you select the tag type it will show you a preview of the tag in an image. Nothing major, but something I had ben meaning to do.
